2020-02-18 21:50:59 UTC

you dont have it on your keyboard so not bad

2020-02-18 21:51:09 UTC

@svarozhyc that would be a cool project

2020-02-18 21:51:12 UTC

Boring as hell to drive through. Long distances and the highways are almost perfectly straight.

2020-02-18 21:51:21 UTC

Was thinking more of a KICAD api though

2020-02-18 21:51:26 UTC

use some evolutionary mechanism

2020-02-18 21:51:37 UTC

For turning images into schematics

2020-02-18 21:51:42 UTC

noice

2020-02-18 21:51:48 UTC

Then again, Truckers must like driving through Poland. Scantily clad hookers just standing by the roadside 😄

2020-02-18 21:51:58 UTC

correct

2020-02-18 21:52:09 UTC

my city was one of the transit hubs

2020-02-18 21:52:23 UTC

a lot of hookers in areas

2020-02-18 21:52:24 UTC

Polish Forest Thots 😄

2020-02-18 21:52:37 UTC

So funny thing. Today i figured it would be cool to write a program that turns a YT video of slides into a presentation

2020-02-18 21:52:39 UTC

Sounds like some creature out of Fantasy novels 😄

2020-02-18 21:53:03 UTC

Then i realized... already have something that can do the trick

What i REALLY want to get working @svarozhyc is my program that makes 3d models of objects in YT videos using SFM

2020-02-18 21:55:35 UTC

If you're not supposed to eat animals, then why are animals made out of food?

Check mate, vegans.

2020-02-18 21:56:25 UTC

ive no idea what that entails but sounds good; seems like quite a versatile tool

2020-02-18 21:56:45 UTC

face recog. ?

2020-02-18 21:56:46 UTC

LD

2020-02-18 21:57:10 UTC

Well, Sfm is photogrammetry

2020-02-18 21:57:55 UTC

You take still images of the same object and algorithm determines camera positions based on common points

2020-02-18 21:59:08 UTC

Then it uses the resulting positions to transform each image into a series of points projected towards a common center

2020-02-18 21:59:25 UTC

Structure From Motion -SfM

2020-02-18 22:00:22 UTC

Video is just a set of sequential image frames. Either the object moves or the camera moves.

2020-02-18 22:01:22 UTC

Trick is detecting the object in question in each frame, finding the outline and masking out eveything else

2020-02-18 22:01:57 UTC

noice gl

2020-02-18 22:02:22 UTC

😉

2020-02-18 22:02:32 UTC

Can't contribute coz it goes over my head lol

2020-02-18 22:02:46 UTC

Havent played with it in a few months

2020-02-18 22:03:20 UTC

Only thought of it cause today i was able to use the parts the strip slides from a yt video

2020-02-18 22:04:20 UTC

I developed an algorithm that computes the difference between successive frames and then the largest differences are chsnges in scene; new objects

2020-02-18 22:04:50 UTC

Or in the case of the new use case; new slide

2020-02-18 22:05:48 UTC

Svar you are a decent man
