How do you explain the disparity persisting in America, albeit on a smaller but still a relatively significant scale when compared to blacks and whites in America who earn the same income?

There are some legitimate concerns with some aspects of IQ tests and the way that Africans are better at certain pattern discernments but less good with suggested depth

I think the black community suffered most because black men blamed the wrong people (whites) for what happened to them. They were thriving in the 50s/60s and then DNC/KKK type shit went down and their plans of co-existing were subverted by TPTB through the women and state funding
