i used beef mince with a can of chopped tomatoes, some random cheap white beans of some sort and onions before

I made a Thai curry with caramelized onions and chicken
They don't even taste like onions when you do that

i usually make my own powder with chilli flakes and stuffs you find in store bought curry powders
suspicious of curry that isn't a bright colour and is too runny
It's just healthy filler
kinda balance it out for the food im making atm
