Guys im starting a lifestyle change. It includes: drinking only water and sometimes milk, consuming no sugar, doing 30 minutes of exercise and one night walk around the neighborhood daily, always choose to go places with my family rather than playing the computer, and I'm building a standing desk to use instead of a sitting one, and no pornography.
