i just think the lyrics and vocals are hard to listen to, which is often the case in my experience, the worst part of music is that it's made by people
They're cool and fun
@steamboating noise rock is SUPPOSED to be hard to listen to my dude
it's angry, loud, hate filled
angsty
no the content of the lyrics you dumbo
o
you said vocals too
but yeah
the delivery definitely a part of it but im not opposed to the style of delivery entirely
I like the death church album
something about that kind of writing drives me insane
@steamboating https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U3KNj1U8iZM listen to this
but i have never liked punk, musically flipper has some cool ideas and like yo usay quite influential/innovative
ideas as in the sounds and style they have
I feel the same way about mudhoney
Influential but bored me
this shit is hard
Yeah i like flipper but I can see why people dont like them. Just because youre bad on purpose doesnt excuse you for making bad music
Definitely not my favorite band
they aren't bad on purpose what are you talking about lol
what does that even mean?
yeah i dunno that thats a good description of it
maybe un-polished?
so because something you listen is too loud and abrasive it's bad on purpose
this conversation is going nowhere
you don't get noise rock
do you like boris rusty
@steamboating I haven't listened to them
but I like weird Japanese bands
Rusty listen to their old stuff. They were originally hardcore punk and nothing else and then they realized there were a million bands just like them. In order to stand out they changed their sound to something similar but worse
Lol you mean Les rallizes denudes
the part at like 9:30 is always mindblowing sludgy droney
simply epic
@Deleted User I don't think it's worse but music is subjective
so whatever
you should listen to the whole thing if you have time, idk how much you like that kinda thing
The beastie boys were a failing hardcore punk band who went to rap instead
