@CSPAN pre workout is a good way to get yourself into a regular routine of fitness.

You take it every time before you workout. When you take it you have such a rush of energy that you can't just sit around, so you got to the gym. Do this regularly and you won't ever come up with excuses for missing a workout. No more "I'm too tired" etc. Thats what I find it more useful for.
