I think if done correctly and your test is average its cool

However i like to shave, hopefully every morning

i have no historical evidence to back this up but i'd imagine shaving was popularized as a luxury

it's obviously more relaxed, but the same principles are there

respect for superiors, chain of command, all that

over here everything about the big company system is efficient enough that all you need are workers that abide by the rules

so you keep them happy

the men at the top are there to organise the macro

the micro is for the happy worker

so once and awhile bill gates will drive his golf cart up to your office cubicle
