idk how good keto is tho. The energy provided by ketones is less than glucose
ketones produce less ATP than glucose showing that its not optimal for energy
that is not considering how much ketones 1g of fat produces vs glucose from 1g carbohydrate
so maybe fat is more dense and the sheer amount of ketones makes up for the potency of glucose
