for example Mexicans were classified as White under Texas Law and were allowed to marry White People, but they werent allowed to marry Negroes IN THEORY
however certain counties allowed it
There was a case where a Sicilian woman married to a Negro in Alabama in 1922 had to lobby a court to be classified as Nonwhite
so she could be married to her husband and it was granted
I have done a limited amount of reseach into Anti-Miscgenation laws, and the thing was there never was uniform enforcement of them and each state set different standards
which showed WHY states sholdnt have ever banned Interracial Marriage
