So Adnausium as far as I can tell is built off of Ublock orgin, however Adnusium clicks adds and fucks traffic anaysis up. Supposedly this hurts the google due to the fact it makes them have to take a loss to the advertisers, AND it poisons thier data that they'd normally sell to corps by flooding it with bad data, effectively rendering it pointless to have, much less buy. This is based on my cursory understanding of the applied subjects of course, someone with more info may be able to tell you more in terms of technical shit @YUGE
