sounds like a tesla model 3 at 35k
Everything else in WEC GTE Pro represents a road car that has actually been sold to customers besides the BMW.
well I bet most people won't buy the m8
few people have a dockyard or shipping port to park in
Haha
I thought you were gonna say they'll buy the 835i X-Drive M badged non-M model instead.
@Fitzydog i was driving
Also i was tagged because...?
Because badge engineering is a bad business move
Also yeah, bmw has kinda fucked up with watering down the M badge
Uh...at what point was i arguing for that?
If you mean the convo yesterday, i was arguinf for getting away from badge engineering
I'm joking, pipe down lol
?
Not mad
Just confused lol
Bmw and mercedes need to quit making an amg/m version of every car tho
Or at least make the M/amg cars actual amg/m cars
GLS63? If there is a market for it, sure
GLE45? The fuck are ya thinking, mercedes?
Willing to bet it is gonna be an apoearance package, _maybe_ a suspension upgrade, and like 10hp added if any at all.
I'm thinking clearly nismo now means as much to nissan as m does to bmw
So
I was gonna say tiken performance additions, but thats unfair
M does at least mean significant performance still
what are you talking about, there's literally an "m sport" option available which is aesthetic
the same way as there are aesthetic amg line options for mercedes, I think the a class has some bullshit "engineered by AMG" option that makes the boring ones look near identical to the A45 amg
Oh yeah those
Fair point
Forgot they have proper M and "ghetto M" as well
Funny story
So a 2012 Prius is about $16,500 in my area. It averages 55mpg, has terrible driving dynamics, is slow as fuck, etc.
My car, a 2014 Chevy Cruze - ergo, two years newer - cost me about $9,000. After adding a $300 short ram intake, it averages 49mpg, has great driving dynamics, is actually okay when it comes to speed, has a fun 6speed manual, etc.
And they both have the _exact same level of comfort_
Why tf do people buy Priuses again?
credit where credit is due, my bet is the prius is more reliable
With the hybrid powertrain, that's iffy
