Rich is black and Gold

Yeah I'd never heard of rich energy drink before now either, with those colors they should definitely have an F1 team on the grid though.

Canadian billionaire Stroll is the father of Williams F1 driver Lance.

Yeah that's an odd, not exactly conflict of interests, but weird none the less.

he's gunna flip it

2018-08-08 07:52:51 UTC

Probably

It'll be Rich Energy F1

2018-08-08 07:53:24 UTC

Well now I'm all for this Rich Energy drink buying them just to see the livery.

2018-08-08 07:53:58 UTC

Someone already did a mock up of it

Some day all the teams on the grid will be owned by energy drinks.

Have yuo seen their CEO? He's hilarious

2018-08-08 07:55:45 UTC

I haven't, I'll look this guy up

2018-08-08 07:56:34 UTC

Oh man he looks like a maniac

2018-08-08 08:01:14 UTC

It is a shame that a team right below the top three in performance can't even make enough money to get by though.

2018-08-08 08:04:23 UTC

Even more of a shame that McLaren has lost the plot to the point where they're not even in a conversation about the top 4 teams.

McLaren and Williams are really lagging for some reason

Force India just need to be rid of VJ

2018-08-08 08:07:52 UTC

Yeah

Not sure a 'Premium' energy drink is the solution

not what I think of as a premium product

but I've never seen or tried it

but they have backing enough to buy a F1 team

2018-08-08 08:09:21 UTC

Well it must selling somewhere, I've never even seen it in a store.

2018-08-08 08:09:38 UTC

I think what McLaren really needs is Ron Dennis back to rule them with an iron fist.

2018-08-08 08:09:42 UTC

But that's not gonna happen.

2018-08-08 08:11:24 UTC

They spent the last few years blaming their problems on the Honda powerplants which definitely did have serious issues, but directed all the attention away from the fact that their chassis development is apparently massively underperforming too.

I live not far from where they are based and have 2 mates that actually work for McLaren

but I'm a Ferrari fan

so fuck 'em πŸ˜„

2018-08-08 08:17:46 UTC

Well it's been brought up multiple times that they seem to be really throwing all their efforts into the road car division right now, and that probably doesn't help their F1 case. The same thing has happened with Ferrari in the past.

2018-08-08 08:18:40 UTC

Yeah, Ferrari has two of my favorite drivers right now, but I've still picked Red Bull to root for, I like the team, they were usually my pick back when it was Vettel and Webber, I like Christian Horner, and Ricciardo is a great driver to watch.

I've been Ferrari since it was Alesi and Berger.

That's pre Schumacher
