LVT they give you to start with, drives lika a boat

many vehicles have armour upgrades
some of which I don't use
because
1) They don't provide enough protection from the weapons it comes up against anyway
2) They really do increase weight, killing your acceleration and incline ability
3) They often wind up just 'normalising' shell angles so they wind up penetrating the actual armour at a more favourable angle
