a black guy that's doesn't know his Dad πŸ€”

so he becomes a DayWalker

2018-02-08 15:57:39 UTC

I guess this is why we never see any vampires

2018-02-08 15:57:41 UTC

2018-02-08 16:12:51 UTC

in a nutshell

2018-02-08 16:17:17 UTC

ba-dum *tish*

2018-02-08 16:21:52 UTC

wonder why that guy got singled out for the shoop

2018-02-08 16:23:39 UTC

actually reading his review now

2018-02-08 16:23:45 UTC

and the villain sounds like a BLM activist

2018-02-08 16:24:41 UTC

`Erik is an American-raised Wakandan exile who kills for a living and lives for the chance to avenge the historic and ongoing wrongs that have been brought to bear against black people across the world. He resents the fact that Wakanda has removed itself from the narrative of slavery and imperialism, and he wants to use the nation’s power to flip that script in the most violent ways. (β€œI’ma burn it all!”)`

2018-02-08 16:25:24 UTC

`The villain speaks in the language of slaves and oppressors, the hero wants to rewrite those roles from scratch`

2018-02-08 16:25:50 UTC

.....wierd

2018-02-08 16:25:56 UTC

could...

2018-02-08 16:26:10 UTC

....hmmm

2018-02-08 16:26:18 UTC

Just another reason not to allow one's self to get caught up in the socio-political activism from any side

2018-02-08 16:26:44 UTC

i did swear off Disney movies 2 years ago, but maybe i'll give this a shot

2018-02-08 16:26:47 UTC

maybe

2018-02-08 16:27:13 UTC

Since I'm sure plenty of people have responded sceptically to this film because of all the SJW types going on and on and onnnnn about how it 'empowers black people' or whatever

2018-02-08 16:28:04 UTC

I never saw Cap America, but went to see Winter Soldier, and felt like the film came off as rather libertarian. I wonder what people at the time were saying about it, though, since I didn't pay a scrap of attention to any of it

American-raised Wakandan

so like the BLM Trash that are studying in London?

2018-02-08 16:29:31 UTC

Or Japan

2018-02-08 16:29:35 UTC

those are the best BLM protestors

2018-02-08 16:29:48 UTC
