But to Legion, depends on the area. Most schools take the money from the lunches bought and tax revenue from the free/reduced to stock. Except for the very temp bump they got from Machelle Obamas mess of a plan. But that money dried up fast while the regs remained. Many schools stopped having lunches all together because they were to expensive.
