Why do you think this one is more accurate?

2017-11-01 22:18:16 UTC

i think this shows the main reason behind why people believe the horseshoe theory

2017-11-01 22:20:37 UTC

if you put the political spectrum on one axis it doesnt properly represent anti authoritarian policy

2017-11-01 22:20:58 UTC

I think there are several axes collapsed into one or two

2017-11-01 22:21:15 UTC

my axe!

2017-11-01 22:21:23 UTC

I'm working on extracting them

2017-11-01 22:22:28 UTC

I think libertarianism vs authoritarianism is separate from statism or centralized power

2017-11-01 22:23:13 UTC

Statism souldnt rely be a term

2017-11-01 22:23:14 UTC

2017-11-01 22:23:26 UTC

It decribes normal people

2017-11-01 22:23:35 UTC

I agree, but it's a spectrum

2017-11-01 22:24:02 UTC

But I think separate from libertarianism because there can be a libertarian strong state

2017-11-01 22:24:19 UTC

Libertarianism is more about policy than structure

2017-11-01 22:24:32 UTC

do you mean the ideal of libertarism or the political party?

2017-11-01 22:25:08 UTC

2017-11-01 22:25:24 UTC

The idea

2017-11-01 22:25:32 UTC

The party is laughable imo

2017-11-01 22:25:52 UTC

America needs an electoral ovehaul

2017-11-01 22:25:53 UTC

Contributes to a misunderstanding of the idea as inherently anarchic

2017-11-01 22:26:38 UTC

You're all weak as fuck.

2017-11-01 22:26:44 UTC

2017-11-01 22:27:17 UTC

2017-11-01 22:27:21 UTC

Globalist cuck

2017-11-01 22:27:37 UTC

Socialist cuck :^)

2017-11-01 22:27:51 UTC

I'm European so that's normal.

2017-11-01 22:28:00 UTC

2017-11-01 22:28:05 UTC

I am too

2017-11-01 22:28:20 UTC

And it is wierd to me too

2017-11-01 22:32:07 UTC

This is reaching not respecting property rights level

2017-11-01 22:32:25 UTC

"The market adjusts itself" is like saying god will help you.
My country's proven itself capable of keeping a strong market whilst the state makes sure the companies don't go too far. So I'm a social democratic on that front.

The globalist marker is mostly because I don't inherently have a problem with programs such the EU and open borders but I also still believe in nationalism. That's not something that can be erased.
Although because it bases its survey off the amount of different questions and not the strong-ness of my feelings of the matters it considers me a globalist.

Example, I would consider Catalonia to be free state should it want to.

2017-11-01 22:33:21 UTC

2017-11-01 22:34:56 UTC

What does "open borders" mean?

2017-11-01 22:35:15 UTC

EU Project's open borders.
Or Nordic Council.

2017-11-01 22:35:38 UTC

That's freedom of movement not open borders

2017-11-01 22:35:52 UTC

By that argument the US has open borders

2017-11-01 22:36:17 UTC

2017-11-01 22:36:39 UTC

"from each according to his ability, to each according to his need"

2017-11-01 22:36:49 UTC

That is an absurd way to define the term

2017-11-01 22:37:25 UTC

It's an awkward use of word IMO.

2017-11-01 22:37:30 UTC

i think this is one of the most fundamental questions
