But there's also the other story, that women discriminate more, also told, by accident, on the same study.
It just doesn't convince me there's a systematic discrimination. I would also like to see a similar study on Psychology and Psychiatry departments. Heck, do it across all departments of all universities you can afford, break it down by department if needed.
Also, let's keep in mind, the scales go from 1 to 7. The resume wasn't that great to begin with.
Hireability below 4, honestly, would be a "don't hire" recommendation. At least for me.
So we're talking about a candidate that would be almost universally rejected, only arguing about who got a worse failing grade.
huh

oh my lawd, reading https://www.amnesty.org/en/documents/pol10/4800/2017/en/ is like reading the news articles that sargon reads during TWIS
"Amnesty International Report 2016/17: The state of the world's human rights"
it has a dedicated section per country, I'd be interested to hear what people have to say in reaction to their own
here's their paragraph about "Violence against women and girls" in Norway
"Rape and other sexual violence against
women and girls remains endemic. The legal
definition of rape in the Penal Code was not
consent-based. Serious concerns remained
about attrition rates in rape investigations and
prosecutions, and in the lack of gender
sensitivity among lay judges in hearing rape
cases. There was systemic failure to ensure
women’s rights to legal protection and
equality before the law. The number of rapes
reported to police increased by 12% from
2014 to 2015, according to police statistics
published in May."
here's that same paragraph for Sweden, now the rape-capital of the world:
"In October, the 2014 Sexual Offences
Committee inquiry into sexual offences
presented its proposals to the government.
They included the introduction of a consent-
347based definition of rape, and liability for
negligence for sexual offences."
wow
talk about "systemic failure", these fuckwads are part of the system that is failing
