To be able to become a leader of any political party isn't as easy as "I want to become leader"

2018-06-24 07:13:25 UTC

The NEC wouldn't allow him

2018-06-24 07:15:53 UTC

They want to change the manifesto.

2018-06-24 07:16:29 UTC

And to do that you have to become leader and have it approved by the NEC

2018-06-24 07:16:39 UTC

what exactly do they want to change anyway?

2018-06-24 09:35:26 UTC

Well I think the idea is sargon is more popular than UKIP

2018-06-24 09:36:06 UTC

So if enough of his british followers sign up and UKIP uses any form of democratic system he can easily take over

2018-06-24 09:54:48 UTC

Sargon isn't as popular as UKIP. He may be more relevant than UKIP currently but in no way a party known internationally and had nearly 4 million votes, over a hundred councillors & the majority of the uk's MEP's less popular than sargon. That's ridiculous and a gross over-exaggeration. And no once again you're wrong. The supporters of his who join UKIP can never form a majority. There's just not enough people who live in the UK, agree with UKIP enough to join and pay the membership fee, go to the election conference and also wait for over a year (requirement to vote for leader at the leadership election). UKIP has a very loyal and different majority than that of sargons and wouldn't vote for him. Furthermore, as I've stated many times now, to stand you need to have multiple requirements and also the very likely possibility is the NEC won't allow him to stand as it's up to them who they accept to stand for leadership.

2018-06-24 09:57:35 UTC

UKIP has 10k members

2018-06-24 09:57:39 UTC

Yes

2018-06-24 09:57:46 UTC

Actually

2018-06-24 09:57:49 UTC

We have 21k

2018-06-24 09:57:53 UTC

But carry on

2018-06-24 09:58:10 UTC

Sargon has 809k youtube subscribers

2018-06-24 09:58:17 UTC

Yes. Your point?

2018-06-24 09:58:29 UTC

Which number is bigger?

2018-06-24 09:58:36 UTC

Sargon obviously.

2018-06-24 09:58:50 UTC

So he's....

2018-06-24 09:59:07 UTC

He's got 809k subscribers

2018-06-24 09:59:12 UTC

What are you trying to say

2018-06-24 10:03:19 UTC

If your trying to say that all because he has more subscribers than UKIP has members so that means that hes more popular you are dumber than I thought. Political party membership does not represent their popularity. If it did then millions of people would be a member of UKIP, conservatives, Labour, lib dems etc. That is just not true. Popularity comes in votes. As evident from past election UKIP total number of votes has greatly surpassed sargons subscriber count.

2018-06-24 10:04:43 UTC

Membership is more for the loyal supporters of that political party. Those who wish to stand as candidates, help out with events, help elected officials for that party, attend events, have a say in that party etc.

2018-06-24 10:06:04 UTC

I'm sorry, what was that last example

2018-06-24 10:06:08 UTC

I didn't catch it

2018-06-24 10:06:22 UTC

Last example for what?

2018-06-24 10:10:25 UTC

Are you talking about when I said "have a say in that party" is so then yes they do but as I said earlier in my message about the majority of ukip members more than likely not voting for sargon (that's in the unlikely case the NEC allows him to stand) the yes. They wouldn't vote for him. The minority of people who will be able and want to join the party from sargons fanbase would be shadowed by the incredibly large opposition to them who would vote other candidates

2018-06-24 10:10:47 UTC

Do you choose not to read my messages or are you just ignorant to my points?

2018-06-24 10:34:08 UTC

@Puma the number of people at the rally hasn't been confirmed yet per sources of people who attended the event. But the anti-brexit (and anti democratic, let's be real here) rally had figures ranging from 50k to a 100k

2018-06-24 10:34:11 UTC

Shameful

2018-06-24 13:45:17 UTC

@UKEEP🌷
I think he might become a posterboy or gain a relevant cargo

2018-06-24 13:57:11 UTC

Oh don't get me wrong he will play a big part in gaining members to UKIP. It's obvious he has a big following and is clearly an intellegant individual (I've even seen some recommendation for him to have some sort of social media department)

2018-06-24 14:06:53 UTC

Yeah, he might become leader, but not now

2018-06-24 14:11:06 UTC

Very, Very, Very, Very, Very, Very, Very, Very, very, Very, Very, Very, Very, Very, unlikely.

2018-06-24 14:11:19 UTC

As for the reasons I've already stated

2018-06-24 14:11:35 UTC

But hey, who am I to oppose people's absurd fantasies

2018-06-24 14:14:31 UTC

Nah, it's possible

2018-06-24 14:14:44 UTC

If it's going to know or not, we don't know

2018-06-24 14:17:03 UTC

Of course it's possible, anything is possible and this is no exception but be realistic

2018-06-24 14:17:42 UTC

I'm not going to copy and paste my earlier points so you can go and read my many reasons why it is highly unlikely he will become leader Never Mind become a candidate

2018-06-24 14:18:12 UTC

I am, did you ever imagined sargon joining ukip?

2018-06-24 14:19:01 UTC

No I didn't but to join UKIP you don't have to go through a very strict requirement and experience process
