Shooting in general can lead to hitting accidental bystanders no matter where you shoot.

2018-07-14 16:13:15 UTC

But wounding does not put you down as quickly.

2018-07-14 16:13:21 UTC

Which is the point.

2018-07-14 16:13:25 UTC

it's like dude, you pull a gun out in a public place, then you should be prepared to fire that at someone and kill them

2018-07-14 16:13:32 UTC

otherwise resort to something else

2018-07-14 16:13:36 UTC

When you're shooting, you're shooting to put down, immediately.

2018-07-14 16:13:46 UTC

Which is why the majority of people die when shot by police.

2018-07-14 16:13:51 UTC

`srs`
`bidness`

2018-07-14 16:13:59 UTC

what the actual...

2018-07-14 16:14:52 UTC

It's standard protocol to shoot a person 3 times.

2018-07-14 16:15:01 UTC

Before stopping.

2018-07-14 16:15:13 UTC

Because that's the magic number that the majority of people just fall over.

2018-07-14 16:15:36 UTC

Its always *until the threat has desculated*

2018-07-14 16:15:44 UTC

1, 3, 20

2018-07-14 16:15:48 UTC

It's 3 shots by general protocol.

2018-07-14 16:15:52 UTC

When using a handgun.

2018-07-14 16:16:22 UTC

You can see it in many police cam videos.

2018-07-14 16:16:31 UTC

It's not something that doesn't exist.

2018-07-14 16:16:38 UTC

Go watch Daniel Shaver.

2018-07-14 16:16:52 UTC

Warning: Graphic, real life death and whatnot.

2018-07-14 16:17:21 UTC

Not saying it doesnt

2018-07-14 16:17:47 UTC

Just saying the rule of thumb is still and always been until the threat has desculated

2018-07-14 22:01:30 UTC

an important speech about war, this scene is why I really liked this actor

2018-07-14 22:02:11 UTC

for a little context, aliens that shapeshift into humans are on earht and a splinter faction doesn't want to hide and is trying to war (brunette). both boxes on the table have two buttons, one tht kills the aliens adn one that forces them all to reveal themselves, but neither button is labelled

2018-07-14 22:02:25 UTC

this scene is fantastic acting from Capaldi

2018-07-14 22:36:39 UTC

@Short Fat Otaku that was a pretty good video on the "bake the cake" situation

2018-07-14 22:36:52 UTC

shame that you lost friends though

2018-07-15 01:15:44 UTC

i remember that episode

2018-07-15 01:16:17 UTC

Capaldi was plagued with forgettable episodes but a few of them were just spot-on

2018-07-15 01:16:22 UTC

I liked this two-parter a lot

2018-07-15 01:16:44 UTC

Yea capaldi was ubderutilized

2018-07-15 01:17:19 UTC

probably cause moffett couldnt find an angle past the heartthrobs

2018-07-15 01:18:18 UTC

Capaldi is why i stopped watching that shit-show

2018-07-15 01:19:10 UTC

Capaldi was a great actor

2018-07-15 01:19:41 UTC

i was on the fence with him in the start, but he was a great contrast to the dorky smith and hearthrob tennant

2018-07-15 01:19:51 UTC

The new one has me stopped tho

2018-07-15 01:38:35 UTC

New one went full retard, didn't it?

2018-07-15 01:51:45 UTC
