Shooting in general can lead to hitting accidental bystanders no matter where you shoot.
But wounding does not put you down as quickly.
Which is the point.
it's like dude, you pull a gun out in a public place, then you should be prepared to fire that at someone and kill them
otherwise resort to something else
When you're shooting, you're shooting to put down, immediately.
Which is why the majority of people die when shot by police.
`srs`
`bidness`
what the actual...
It's standard protocol to shoot a person 3 times.
Before stopping.
Because that's the magic number that the majority of people just fall over.
Its always *until the threat has desculated*
1, 3, 20
It's 3 shots by general protocol.
When using a handgun.
You can see it in many police cam videos.
It's not something that doesn't exist.
Go watch Daniel Shaver.
Not saying it doesnt
Just saying the rule of thumb is still and always been until the threat has desculated
an important speech about war, this scene is why I really liked this actor
for a little context, aliens that shapeshift into humans are on earht and a splinter faction doesn't want to hide and is trying to war (brunette). both boxes on the table have two buttons, one tht kills the aliens adn one that forces them all to reveal themselves, but neither button is labelled
this scene is fantastic acting from Capaldi
@Short Fat Otaku that was a pretty good video on the "bake the cake" situation
shame that you lost friends though
i remember that episode
Capaldi was plagued with forgettable episodes but a few of them were just spot-on
I liked this two-parter a lot
Yea capaldi was ubderutilized
probably cause moffett couldnt find an angle past the heartthrobs
Capaldi is why i stopped watching that shit-show
Capaldi was a great actor
i was on the fence with him in the start, but he was a great contrast to the dorky smith and hearthrob tennant
The new one has me stopped tho
New one went full retard, didn't it?
Hasn't started yet
she hasn't had a single fucking episode, Floki
