Why use a rope when you can use a helicopter?

Sounds like Owen would use a Bomb

if he could make one

He still looks and sounds an awful lot like the "child" he supposedly grew up from being.

For my Europhile friends, this is a summation of the American philosophy, imo.

There's a couple things that put me off from the video. Though I have no issue with his narrative, I do have an issue by the way he says it. He omits certain aspects, that reinforce his agenda. For instance, he completely neglects that the "untamed and uncharted lands" were already inhabited quite populously by native tribes, and that they were not keen on the arrival of new settlers. The nation they built was through the exploitation and killing of natives to establish their settlements. The borders they fought to defend is rather unclear, as in the large majority of the wars the US participated in, it was the aggressor not the defender The borders it actually imposed were by the bullying of its much weaker neighbours, the Indian tribes, Spain and Mexico. The only border that they couldn't challenge was the Canadian one. Though his family didn't participate in the slave trade, or slavery, you cannot deny that they and he society of the time didn't benefit from it indirectly. Large plantations and farms were pivotal to establish the early economy as they exported these new and exotic materials. Not to mention the large amount of money that the trade of slaves itself brought. Lastly, you can't deny the fact that the US wasn't a nation of immigrants, a safe haven for the persecuted, and those venturing in the hopes to find wealth and a good living.

The most important political development of the year.

2018-09-26 15:06:48 UTC

> politics

lol k

I guess it's a form of politics

but I've not seen a gaming disaster bigger than when they let Quake 3 PC players play with the console crowd

2018-09-26 15:40:46 UTC

Cross console play should only be on PS3, Xbox and PC, Change my mind

like a basic 1st Gen one

why can't I plug my mouse and keyboard into it?

🀷🏿

Instead we play Halo or GOW with this fuck nuttery handpad nonsense

2018-09-26 15:44:42 UTC

@Broo TulsiGang 2024 πŸ‡¬πŸ‡§ πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ It's the Dreamcast 2, actually.

And you can use a keyboard on it with a USB adapter. The gameports support USB

We threw a Dreamcast 1 off a roof. How's that for a political statement?
