That's YOUR opinion, about MY resources
It has nothing to do with you as an individual
That wouldn't even come close to affording a universal healthcare system in America.
WHAT?!
@Fitzydog if you are in Norway with that condition they will refuse to operate you until you go down in weight. you can get help to go down in weight the long way.
Say that again
It’s a collective issue
It's for the greater good
Say it again

The greater good
How does it have nothing to do with me?
It's MY fucking tax dollars
America is the greatest innovator in medical technology by far. The reason other countries can get away with enormous state healthcare systems is because WE do all the innovation and we also pay for their national defense.
Or at least those are primary reasons.
Uh, taxes wouldn’t increase. Plus, You’re already probably paying so much in taxes that go to the fucking corporations who DONT EVEN PAY TAXES
Okay, let me rephrase the question:
Under what conditions SHOULD someone be denied healthcare coverage?
You mean Planned Parenthood?
<:pepe_smug:378719408341909506>
Yes, defund now.
and even with universal healthcare it no guaranty you will get the medical care. UH will turn away cases where the cost is to great and the patient is not doing something to improve the medical situation
^ Hear that?
Why would a patient be denied healthcare coverage? And I mean this in terms of patients with cancer and need treatment or a kid who fucks up his knee and now his parents are forced to pay thousands for surgery. Or how about basic things like a checkup?
@Nordhand your opinion on the billion dollar deal we should did in the US?
If they're on their deathbed, and need hospice care?
a base check-up for me that live in a UH nation cost 20$
They can't pay for any of it, nor ever pay it back, yet everyone else should pay for it?
nothing is free
Can you reasonably expect for someone else to pay for your healthcare if you haven't been paying into the system for a while?
That point is that you're supposed to already be insured. An effective free market healthcare system relies upon people who pay into it their entire lives.
Do unhealthy people get to be charged more for "universal healthcare", Kaden?
Uh, that’s not how it would work. Though under a system of universal healthcare I’d assume we also have other things in place that prevent the bourgeois class from exploiting the workers thus making so much money
They’d also have to actually pay taxes lol
That's a clusterfuck of buzzwords
a other side thing about UH is that the government is going to interfere a lot more in to what you do and eat. you will see huge taxes on anything the government feels is unhealthy
Yeah, I’m reading a book that talks about it a bunch
Jesus christ
kaden is such a goddamn brainlet
