do anything they want
to get more
Predatory pricing both in theory and practice is stupid for a company because when your losses become too deep you have to resell at a higher price which puts you into trouble from competitors
it's whiped out several companies!
once they're gone you don't have to give a shit about that!
you rule now
So the monolith is selling at a higher price then before at this point in time. As the law of supply and demand states a new competitor will rise up and sweep the market to return it to equilibrium
some local mom and pop isn't going to spring up and threaten your bottom line if you can just tell News INC to say they put cyanide in their coffee, and you've got enough money to get the script in front of them
And when the allegations go through court and comes back as false the alleger will be put into question, a reduce in sales for them is expected
here's an example of the soft drink industry getting pissed off at another company hurting them so they tell everyone that one of the harmless ingredients is also used in roach pesticide
what court
court incorporated?
mcbonnos owns them
The private arbitration service that keeps return custom for being seen to be impartial
>court company
>not corrupt
Obv both parties would have to agree on the court, if its corrupt then they wouldn't agree
I don't care what the actual happenings were, if they were lies or not, but the judge told him that he was rendering a verdict not because he believed it was the truth, but because he feared for his and his family's life
4 people testified against the man out of 90, 2 of them were dead within days, and the rest of them refused to testify for fear of death
"determined the abuse allegations were baseless, describing them as a "carefully crafted hoax" and indicting two of the original accusers on perjury charges" Right, so it looks like there is a high price to pay for hoaxed allegations as I said earlier
And it becomes a swift detterent
if nothing else, there's not much stopping them from just bombing their competitors and telling news inc to focus on the latest shooting instead of that
BRB, im gonna go play some chess
hev fun
Hey, so I found this on an Evening Standard article today. Is this factually accurate because I was under the assumption that the gender pay gap conflates between different occupations, but they say its for the same job?
Fake AND gay
the gender pay gap is an average between a shitload of women working all different jobs and a shitload of men all working different jobs
and THAT is real, but it doesn't actually mean anything
the REPORTED gender pay gap is that "a woman makes 77 cents on the dollar for a man at the exact same position"
even though everyone knows that's a lie
equal pay for equal work IS a no brainer and it IS what happens
We need shoe on head pay gap button
So............. can I accurately claim this is fake news?
T'is a shame that some millenials haven't caught the memo on this
unless you can find one single instance of a woman being paid less for the exact same job as a man then yeah
Well they say their studies are done "for the same work"
That's extremely vague
Does it mean occupation? Or hours? Or arbitrary "effort"?
CEO shouldn't be counted at all, since it's always going to be different, it's like measuring a series of monoliths and saying they're all different, but ones made of limestone are smaller on average and that's bad
