it would probably have that same kind of effect that nazi germany starting up did

and all of the people that agree with their extreme views would migrate there

then they'd implode

but also, handily they're right on the border with mexico, and have a massive series of ports for international trade

so they'd be in a great spot to accept as much immigration from all over the world as they want

and frankly, if it's a good idea, then we'd be able to see that it's working there, and if it's destroying them, then everyone knows it's a bad idea

and since all of the people that REALLY agree with those ideals already moved there
