What I meant was, if you looked at JUST the states with constitutional carry laws, and compared them on homicide rates correlated with ethnic diversity, you would see a correlation between monoethnic cities and lower homicide.
But if that were a true statement, then that would be applicable to let's say Detroit where there is a monoethnic population for Blacks. i.e. NO diversity
