Is it really globalism if your goal is to expand one country to encompass the world? Or is that uber nationalism?

I suppose that depends on if you'd consider non-Germans made to live in the borders of the Greater German Empire to be contributing towards German Nationalism

I would think the over all goal of his regime was to remove non Germans and or incorporate "acceptable " peoples, leaving one ethno state so yeah.
