in Norway if you hire a person that don't have it papers in order aka a illegal, you as a employer can at worst face up 5 years in jail and have to pay up to a 60% penalty tax on top of your other taxes + other fines as they come up. they do not fuck around people not paying it taxes. and the illegal will be deported as that person have broken the law
