EU leaders think all they need to do is demand everyone gets in line, so that means they will... EU leaders will adorn lamp posts if they don't get their heads out of their butts real quick - they don't see the breaking point of the normal citizen from their ivory towers.
they know the power is slipping out of the hands like fine sand. that is why we see more and more Orwellian rules all over the EU. in reality they have to chooses reform or crumble like all other authoritarian stats as history have shown us that authoritarian states have a short shelf life before they crack and fall

the scam works as long as you have money to bribe the population with, the moment you run out all hell will brake loose. that is why the brexit was such a huge problem. they did loose one of the few that was still putting money in to the pyramid scheme
