Certain areas like around where you see all the protests ( a couple blocks from city hall), which is called the tenderloin has shit on every couple blocks. I have seen people shitting at least a dozen times. hypodermic needle all over. building archways always smell like piss. dont get me wrong there are nice areas, but the places that used to be decent have turned to shitholes. homelessness is rampant -- honestly, the worst ive ever seen in my life (I'm 30). The city spends like $1B a year on shit, piss, and needle clean up each year.

california's economy has the 6 highest GDP in the WORLD, but our spending and debt is so high. I am new to politics (like 1+ years) so my theory may not be accurate, but I believe that so many useless policies, laws, regulations, and agencies spend too much money on liberal ideologies that don't help problems like homelessness and the growing gap between the middle class and upper class. the california exodus is what we call it.
