Instead of doing a normal "talk with these guys" we killed 3 of them and then cast a fear spell to make the last one talk

Naw compared to previous editions including even 4e, 5e nueters the dm. And tbh past say 4th level its not even really threatening to the players

Pathfinder is decent. Pathfinder 2nd ed to me feels like what 5e should have been
