I agree, they do need help but we do know that the only treatment of gender dysphoria is the transition and it's barely effective at that

That's not actually true though, it's just that no other "treatments" are being sought out

What should be done then? Treatment doesn't help all of them and psychology doctors are being pushed to just accept trans people instead of investigate
