theres people who will print it for you one at a time every time its sold, but its less profit for you, more for them, you dont own your production, you dont have backstock, and someone else has your design in their computer, likely in China. if your design is in demand they can easily bootleg it

Starting with bumper stickers is cheaper and its a good way to tell if a design sells before you go pressing it on cotton

If you have the space, you should set up your own screen print fab

and source some dead cheap shirts Made In America if you can
