do you guys talk about politics, or do you talk about red velvet pancakes?

2019-02-10 00:28:54 UTC

we speak about what ever comes up at the time

2019-02-10 00:29:01 UTC

no

2019-02-10 00:29:06 UTC

nice. Yeah this other server is talking about the gayest things though

2019-02-10 00:29:11 UTC

red velvet pancakes are shit and not worth speaking of

2019-02-10 00:29:13 UTC

@Fitzydog depends on your definition of best

2019-02-10 00:29:13 UTC

is it ok to say gay and things like that

2019-02-10 00:29:31 UTC

yes Werlf. Even if they're not shit they're still not worth talking about

2019-02-10 00:29:37 UTC

yes

2019-02-10 00:29:49 UTC

Anyways, to get a gauge, what would you say you are politically

2019-02-10 00:29:54 UTC

If you like bathe in autism, Athens seems like the place to be

2019-02-10 00:30:01 UTC

i've done political compass once

2019-02-10 00:30:16 UTC

political compass is ass

2019-02-10 00:30:19 UTC

and was very close to center, one below and one to the left

2019-02-10 00:30:19 UTC

where do you set yourself

2019-02-10 00:30:23 UTC

oh ok

2019-02-10 00:30:37 UTC

so are you like a social liberal center guy

2019-02-10 00:30:55 UTC

I'm not a political guru, but basically I'm a Libertarian I suppose. Yeah I may have the definitions wrong, so maybe social lib

2019-02-10 00:31:02 UTC

ok thats cool

2019-02-10 00:31:12 UTC

as long as you're not a commie or a fascist type then we're good

2019-02-10 00:31:20 UTC

yeah neither of those, yet

2019-02-10 00:32:25 UTC

political definitions are good tools to help describe you personal preference

2019-02-10 00:32:40 UTC

But people take them as a guide on how to think

2019-02-10 00:32:50 UTC
2019-02-10 00:33:02 UTC

yes Kawaii, but also everyones definitions aren't the same.

2019-02-10 00:33:26 UTC

but basically I'm a normie. I'm not an irrational left wing nutbag and i'm not a white seperatist

2019-02-10 00:33:37 UTC

if you made me choose between the two, i'd go for the latter

2019-02-10 00:33:53 UTC

Well no, because people get so tied up in the definitions, it becomes powerful to control the language

2019-02-10 00:34:12 UTC

Like 'equality' versus 'equity'

when I did spekr I got Capitalist Libertarian. right wing confirmed <:pepe_smug:378719408341909506>

2019-02-10 00:34:35 UTC

interesting kawaii. Who's language? I guess those that are heavily into politics, which I think is a trap in itself

2019-02-10 00:34:40 UTC

the trick is not to get tied up in the first place, so people don't have power over you through the labels they place on you

2019-02-10 00:35:28 UTC

But if you do, *be very specific in your use of language*

2019-02-10 00:35:41 UTC

or admit to not fully knowing, civil

2019-02-10 00:35:55 UTC

That too, but be wary of other's definitions as well

2019-02-10 00:36:02 UTC

Words of caution

2019-02-10 00:37:09 UTC

@Fitzydog yo the redpill is going good, convinced them that China won't be the next superpower, and that Obamacare was fucking awful

2019-02-10 00:37:12 UTC

I get what you're saying civil. For me, i'm interested in hearing what other people have to say. I've spoken with a few white supremacists, online, i find them interesting. I like to hear what people have to say and figuring things out as best I can. It's kind of entertainment

2019-02-10 00:37:25 UTC

oh btw we call @Fitzydog Fitz

2019-02-10 00:37:31 UTC

I like to use words based on their most literal meaning

2019-02-10 00:37:34 UTC

You'll get in on that eventually
