My boys would smash 20$ worth of anything in a day
It was just my wife and I, no children. With children it's much harder but I think with a little bit more $ it's doable.
Yhea, you should not have kids with 20K, unless you are willing sacrfice even more of the few comforts you have, and more of your money which is going to be little.
When you're poor you have to be creative. We found ways to eat decent food for cheap.
ALSO canning is a great way to save money.
If you buy things while their in season and can them, you can save a bunch of money.
Plus it's way better than what you're going to get at the store.
Canning?
Never heard of that done before, and I have heard of a lot of stuff.
Good video explaination.
What would you can?
This guy sounds like a mix between hank hill and a generic hillbilly.
Hey man, hillbillies are my people.
Redknecks are my people, but I have not heard of them doing stuff like this.
When I heard "canning" I immedieatly thought about tin cans that you open with a can opener, and then I see him using glass jars that you screw off with your hands.... thought I could have remembered that.
Canning is a big thing around Appalachia.
Yeah it's kinda silly, we call a jar a can when talking about canning.
You could call it can preserving.
Anyway, you can preserve meat, veggies, fruit and all kinds of stuff.
You can keep some of these things for years.
And also ground beef apparently.
that's not even half of our jars.
We're stocking up for next season.
that's not even a quarter of the jars we have.
I would not reccoment doing stacking like that, looks like they would have a tendency to fall down on the ground and make a giant mess.
I have 2 gross jars I inherited from my grandma
Trust me the jars are stable. lol
For all you goys who played New Vegas. Watch that and rethink your life choices
@Odalman Like the one time I went to grab a jar of pickles at a wegmans then a jar of olives fell and smashed on the ground?
Well, be more careful.
FUK U
Hahaha
I side with Caesar.
You can definitely survive on $20 food per week
Not sure if I would call it living though
@Hadrian You are living somebodies dream.
