seems to be the status quo for a lot of major publications and is pumping them cash with no recourse
At one point he justifies Q/A censorship and differentiates it from Twitter censoring people
Even though philosophically both are violations of Free Speech
Events like "Prove me wrong" and "change my mind" are advertised as a platform for open discussion and them censoring well dressed individuals asking pressing questions should have been called out by Tim Pool, if he purports to be a Free Speech activist
Instead he justified it
No, you misunderstand his point. The comparison to twitter was to demonstrate that TPUSA choosing not have a QnA at a ticketed private event isnt a violation of free speech
whereas if the dialogue was to occur on something like twitter which is effectively the modern day town square, and opted to try and suppress questions
it would be a violation of free speech
who thought there would be a day where I'd defend tim pool
Twitter de-platforming people is also not a violation, if you go by private vs govt.

sure but thats the conversation being had right now
is twitter the town square
tim thinks it is
Regardless if it was a private event, they did not do Q/A because of obvious reasons. I'd count that as a violation of Free Speech
so do a lot of conservatives
it was a private event, what obligation do they have to take questions?
choosing not to take questions
is not the same as suppressing speech
Not all private events, sure. But the ones advertising itself as "prove me wrong" (Dan Crenshaw's) and "change my mind" etc. should fall under this
and were made to look like fools
I don't understand your point
The Trump JNR event was a book signing
don't get me wrong it was a major victory for fuentes
but it's important to not blow things out of proportion or mislead or get things wrong
we are under to much scrutiny as it is
My point is that there was a Q/A event which was scheduled before hand, which was cancelled once they got the wind of the kind of audience that had showed up
And they cited "time constraints" as an excuse
Had there been regular socialists etc. who had showed up, they would've gladly taken their questions
So in that sense, they were censoring the Groypers to avoid conflict
Sure, but its not a violation of free speech
They chose to take an L rather than have repeats of crenshaw or kirk
framing it is a freespeech violation is massive reach
Nick retweeted this
> The phony @Timcast lied about @NickJFuentes in his most recent video.
> Doesn't name him but calls him and his people "white nationalist" and "far right", says he's not a real Trump supporter them begs for money.
Nick vs Tim will be interesting to watch
Is it safe to say that Tim is a cryptoleftist in the clothe of a centrist?
Im not even sure if there is a faggier political line than his
