Here's the thing about the "christian" card--it can go both ways in young white guys. A friend of mine is a Southern Baptist, and for the life of him is "colorblind" and believes in white guilt because of two premises that prime him for those beliefs: a) the Christian Ministry is about all souls, as in all souls are equal before the eyes of Christ, and b) the white man did bad things and there's no room for prejudice under Jesus who loves everyone and does not see color. Good luck trying to tell such a guy otherwise with scriptural evidence, as he can counter any verse given with what he's been taught/how he's been taught to read the Bible.
