all of these measures are negatively impacted with mass immigration
Personally for me, I prefer my Kin and ethnic group. I want people that are more related to me to survive and do well. I want my family, community and nation to grow. And we need space and territory to do that, we shouldn’t be forced to mix.
Nation States are on top of plots of land which have a max carrying capacity. If it must reach that maximum, I want it to be people who are my extended family. That’s my personal reason for wanting a ethnostate
Or one of the reasons
I also want a government run by people who have more in common with me, same with institutions
I want to live in a culture that is mine
A society built by and for my people
sure, for some people it is to preserver their heritage/culture. For me it is to have a better society. What people value depends on their race/heritage and the society reflects this. People want a society that values what they do. Also I don't want the livelihoods of the native populace being undermined by hordes of low cheap labor
Mine is mostly an economic concern, as well as political stability
also immigrants are gigantic leaches on the system
It has very little to do with skin color
It has a lot to do with behavior
I bet american white nationalists are going to disagree with me on this but I feel like muslim immigration in Europe is a lot more worrysome than hispanic immigration in the US.
I don't know what the numbers are exactly, but I feel like the cultural difference between like, south texas and north mexico is not nearly as big as the difference between England and Pakistan.
The important difference is numbers
Strong cultural divides inspire more hasty rejection as well, it's not a bad thing
you think there will be a race war in europe?
Maybe
Idk
The Europeans on the continent seem to be having a much more rapid response than the Americans have had in the last few hundred years
If it gets bad enough, they seem the types to get violent
Already seeing it in the main port regions of Europe
Italy and Greece especially
Somewhat in Spain as well, although much less notable reaction
The French have been rioting for like
Idk a year or something now lol
I think one of my main gripes with immigration is how its basically irriversible by usual means
Like, lets say for some reason people decide to vote for something stupid.
Most of the time they could vote to reverse it.
But aside from closing the border liberal democracies don't really have a way to reverse immigration.
I think part of the problem is like, people don't feel the effects of immigration for a while.
for better or for worse It can take decades for an immigration policy to take its toll and when its done its done.
We do
There are legal mechanisms to repeal citizenship
They still do it for old fucks who served in the SS in America
For example
It's just not likely to happen
Sargon types will stand in the way
But yeah it's hard to undo so
Best to avoid the problem altogether
European history is riddled with revolutions, wars and regime changes
