Maul was important, but Dooku and Grievous were greatly underutilised. Grievous was basically a comic-relief villain who couldn't do anything right despite how badass his abilities were. Dooku was some scheming old man whose schemes generally amounted to nothing, whose apprentices either went rogue or became cartoonish comic relief villains. You get the jist.
They should've focused more on Dooku's former ties to the Jedi Order, and Kenobi, considering that he was Qui Gon's master.
do you guys remember the one where Kenobi is floating in the chamber thing?
yeah, hehe. Dooku actually had decent intentions, but was ultimately a pawn of Sidious
why was Maul important?
he was pretty much irrelevant to the plot
he was also the weakest of Palpatine's apprentices
the Clone Wars ruined Dooku most
unfortunately, darth maul was irrelevant,
Although he could have been a cool character
it made him seem confused af
Clone Wars did but it didn't
Nah, the coup on Mandalore and the fight with Sidious. His quest for revenge against both Kenobi and Sidious. @Emperor of Atlantis
at least they developed Dooku more
Maul was almost just a Sith hitman for Palpatine
but that wasn't a part of the Prequels
that was Clone Wars
CW is prequels.
and Darth Maul was ridiculously over powered in Clone Wars
It's canon either way.
CW is more of a retcon
Nah, he still lost to Sidious.
Nah, it's canon, and actually redeems the prequels, by making Anakin's transition to the dark side seem more gradual.
darth maul wasn't OP.
it's the other jedi who were pussies
wut? Clone Wars did NOTHING to further Anakin. That is my biggest complaint with it.
his character didn't grow at all during the series
I disagree
over all those seasons we never saw any of his dark/light conflict
Incorrect
Clovis
Mortis
His constant use of force chokes
Ug.... from the 5th season....
God that was a terrible season
the Netflix season.....
Tbh, Legends all the way. Read the NJO
Thats the real sequels
CW actually got better as the series went on IMO, since Lucas actually got some creative freedom once they knew the series wasn't gonna get cancelled.
Vector Prime is where you should start
Yeah, the show got MUCh better after season 1, but that "lost" season was utter trash
Correct
