Tbh, GM Luke is the strongest jedi

His force potential is equal that of Anakin

Luke in the old canon was the strongest

But unlike Anakin, he reached it

but other characters like Vitiate and Revan are hard to quantify

so I don't really know

I think Vitiate might have beaten Luke
