@stem Ok, I use the flynn effect. IQ has risen dramatically in the West in the 20th century. However, g has actually dropped within that time period. This is explained by a sharp increase in s related abilities (abstract reasoning for example) that do not predict how well you do in other things and have low heritability. This huge increase in IQ was environmentally induced. People in third world countries haven't experienced the environmentally induced sharp rise in s related abilities yet. That's my point
