i read and studied A LOT of philosophy as a child
yes, studying science can change the emotional and rational context in which you form preferences, that is precisely what I said
i took night classes on philosophy at college when i was still in highs chool
that doesn't mean that they're 'based on science'
ultimately i found most of it meaningless
because it was all circular reasoning based on nothing
the logic was fine but it had no valid axioms
💤
thus, the axioms, the basis upon which everything else evolves in my moral preferences is my best knowledge of reality/science
@Nerthulas Currently the most popular identity politics is white nationalism he said
Chomsky is delusional
at this point
wtf embed
embed is fucked
scared to click
@fuguer I wouldn't say that's a 'basis', its the context under which your preferences are being formed, recursively as you say
or rather, part of it
is this it iippo?
Here...it works
Yes
nice
i cant tell if i hate chomsky or not
Use the share option @iippo
I both like and hate him tbh
he seems like an unusually honest leftist academic
yes
exactly
@Deleted User watch alan woods instead
but he is just delusional
I have to forgive him
I do like him
he's the last real leftist tbh
the last honest one
besides like Zizek
and they hate each other
i zizek over chomsky
up until recently Chomsky would answer personal emails with questions
