And Celiacs

2019-10-29 21:59:24 UTC

if you just set it as part of your routine

2019-10-29 21:59:39 UTC

@Weaboo Kempeitai that doesn't make it genetic. It can be due to family culture, habits, etc

2019-10-29 21:59:47 UTC

Montelukast treatment for 4 days protected against cell death with 90% more cell death in the vehicle group compared to the montelukast group 24 h after CIR

Here is my recommendation, it may or may not work, eat more fruit/vegetables and less dairy, eat two or three meals a day at regular intervals, exercise for 15-30 minutes at moderate intensity once every two days, spend more time outside and ideally in a wooded area with less air pollution.

Grains, sugar, dairy, soy are the first things to cut when going for anti-inflammation diet

2019-10-29 22:00:37 UTC

Another amazing drug everyone shoudl take is metformin

2019-10-29 22:00:38 UTC

Also, consider mold

2019-10-29 22:00:46 UTC

You can buy metformin for like $0.06/pill

2019-10-29 22:00:47 UTC

You can add back gradually to see what works for you

2019-10-29 22:01:10 UTC

Anything you may have spilled on carpet or wood or else the creases in your shower panelling, may have mold growth

2019-10-29 22:01:11 UTC

Metformin is a diabetic drug though

2019-10-29 22:01:16 UTC

But yeah, I'm not denying stimuli can play a factor, but there's no reason to reject genetics. Why reject genetics as a possible cause?

2019-10-29 22:01:16 UTC

I'm still not sure on taking it

2019-10-29 22:01:20 UTC

It's going to turn off MTOR

2019-10-29 22:01:27 UTC

You won't be adding muscle

2019-10-29 22:01:32 UTC

if you're eating soy then there's no hope for you

2019-10-29 22:01:38 UTC

Or adapting to exercise as well

2019-10-29 22:01:40 UTC

@TheUserNameofPeace <:oof:399031884312739841>

2019-10-29 22:01:42 UTC

i added muscle fine on metformin

2019-10-29 22:01:56 UTC

it mimics calorie restriction effects on longevity

2019-10-29 22:01:57 UTC

you can use met for bodybuilding

2019-10-29 22:02:03 UTC

same benefits as intermittent fasting

2019-10-29 22:02:03 UTC

2019-10-29 22:02:06 UTC

@Weaboo Kempeitai Okay, I can't say genetics doesn't predispose you to depression, but I don't believe it can be the sole cause

2019-10-29 22:02:08 UTC

Yeah but it does that by turning off MTOR

2019-10-29 22:02:16 UTC

TNSTAAFL

2019-10-29 22:02:20 UTC

There's a price

2019-10-29 22:02:21 UTC

You dont need MTOR

2019-10-29 22:02:28 UTC

mtor is good

2019-10-29 22:02:35 UTC

MTOR is primary building pathway

2019-10-29 22:02:41 UTC

just eat clean

2019-10-29 22:02:46 UTC

well i was taking metformin daily when running marathons

2019-10-29 22:02:50 UTC

no problems at all

2019-10-29 22:02:57 UTC

with muscle mass or recovery

2019-10-29 22:03:06 UTC

wash your food before consumption

2019-10-29 22:03:09 UTC

@Sytze Fair. I mean, I'm not denying that sombody predisposed to depression is guaranteed to get it. Alcoholism runs in many family, so I tend to stay away from booze. Similarly, sombody with depression running in the family would probably be advised to take better care of himself.

2019-10-29 22:03:10 UTC

obviously everyones genetics is different

2019-10-29 22:03:13 UTC

I'm not saying you can't recover but I doubt you were positively adapting
