atm, im doing 2 sets flat press 2 sets rows 2 ohp, 1 set bis tris, 1 lateral raise, 1 pullups, 1 dip, 1 step ups and abs, daily, my volume was higher when i was bulking but tbh it's hard to keep up with what i was doing while cutting
ye i never squated more than 315 for a few reps tbh
i just used to use the leg press

Swimming is good exercise.
But I've forgotten how to swim.
