But yeah, it I was diagnosed with ASD from my weird and disruptive behaviour as a kid, there's gotta be a more specific diagnoses I can get, one that is more useful. Adult ADHD manifests as inner restlessness rather than outwardly disruptive behaviour, which I think describes me well.

I'm at the age where I can make my own doctors appointments, so I think I can handle this without a guardian countersignaling everything I say.

Well, I have the right to make my own doctors appointments, dosen't mean my guardian isn't gonna get pulled into this though, but I'm not sure about the laws.

I don't think ADHD is something you can wish away, but I think the meds are overperscribed to people who don't need them.

Kids shouldn't be put on speed because they can't concentrate in class. That's totally normal behaviour.
