But yeah, it I was diagnosed with ASD from my weird and disruptive behaviour as a kid, there's gotta be a more specific diagnoses I can get, one that is more useful. Adult ADHD manifests as inner restlessness rather than outwardly disruptive behaviour, which I think describes me well.
I'm at the age where I can make my own doctors appointments, so I think I can handle this without a guardian countersignaling everything I say.
