Anybody listen to Aesop Rock? That's music that ironically helps me focus even though he's literally the most verbose rapper alive. I know people can't focus when listening to music with lyrics but it helps in my case if music is lyrically dense. The words sort of become like whitenoise.

I suppose people usually can't focus when listening to songs with prominent lyrics and hooks.

Patlabor 2 is about an ex-JGSDF soldier going on a spree of terror attacks as revenge for a failed UN peacekeeping mission in Cambodia; he tries to provoke a civil war in Japan by pinning it on the JASDF.

Tbh the main villain of Patlabor 2 did nothing wrong. His superiors had to be punished for the deaths of his sqaud, who died not in defence of Japan, but in defence of a foreign country, and for partaking in an aggressive foreign policy. Assuming that revenge was his motivation. I'm not sure if he wanted to destroy or expand Japan's military.

Because his actions led to the JSDF declaring martial law on Tokyo.
