They're basically the blacks of the horde. They live in ghettos and are considered untrustworthy. Aren't they literally genocided at some point? I don't recall my lore very well but I thought Garrosh had them rounded up.

I suppose Goblins are good with money and tech, which would give the Horde an advantage against the Alliance, who have gnomes and dwarfs.

Gnomes, Dwarfs and humans are practically the same, Worgens too, since they can transform into humans, whilst horde races have huge differences in culture and morphology.
