Reading can help your grammar but I'm not sure it helps your speech. I'd think writing and conversation would help that more

If you just read an hour a day, you would be surprised how much reading you can get done

One funny thing I notice is that I articulate my thoughts with the same vernacular and syntax as the most recent thing I've read

For me reading go is effortless I just fall into the story and read really fast it’s more engrossing than movies or tv

I've felt, my entire life, like there are morally upright people with healthy recreational activities and decent social skills and that I've been unable to enter their social circles because I'm lower class and have a lot of faults from my upbringing which they wouldn't tolerate

So maybe people are reading and I'm just hanging out with dumb people who make bad choices
