Nah my job isn’t really bothering me too much. It is a little annoying each half you have to write u everything you did and justify why you should get a good rating

Well, you could get a fellowship or something and get paid. A lot of PhD students teach or get grants and stuff. You can wait and see if you get a fat envelope before quitting your job
