My uncle is an ex pat working as director for a very very big chinese conglomerate who may or may not be drilling the planet for every bit of ressources left.
He told me that the higher ups of the communist party of china have all agreed upon the closure of its border in less than 24 hours.
Rich chinese people are beyond scared and most of them have already booted up their private jets. If you are in China you need to GTFO NOW.
Also the virus apparently spread even while symptoms have not appeared which makes it imposssible to contain do not stay close to chinese people.
My uncle and his very rich chinese freinds are all very very close to the PCC and one of them was sayign that the virus is pretty strangely killing mostly old people and the PCC might be trying to get rid of it's old population before the economy collapse. Just so you know they have a retirement age of 60 and the PCC has tried to make it 67 but it would take 20 years to take place (to avoid huge unrest). Also in CHina the number of workers is not enough to pay for the social system as it is. The policy of the only child was a death sentence in the long run...
So the PCC might have found the perfect solution : let the virus take care of the useless old people. At least it's what a lot of the rich chiense peopel think.
