A genius is a rare combination of genes of personality and IQ that give someone the ability to produce novelty. I do not think it needs term, as it is just basic genetics. Regression to the mean is just a statistical term for quantitative psychologists, who want to improve their sample data.

I do not think we need to label a progression or advancement in terms of genes away from the mean as we do not neeed to label it to the mean.

The term is just of mathematically significance to me.
